- Return Window
You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return. Please note that all items must be in their original condition, unworn, and with original packaging and tags attached.
- Return Charges
If you wish to return your order after accepting it, a second shipping fee will apply.
- Exceptions
Bikinis and women’s swimsuits (except burkinis) are non-returnable and cannot be tried on. These items can only be viewed upon delivery while the courier is handing over the order.
- Refund Process
• Refunds for orders exceeding 2000 EGP and paid in cash will be processed securely through Instapay or other official money transfer platforms, not in cash.
• Refunds for orders below 2000 EGP will be refunded in cash upon courier pickup of the returned items.
- Return Policy Offers
• The Buy 2, Get 1 Free or Buy 2, Get 2 Free offers are returnable only as a complete set.
• Individual items within the offer cannot be returned separately.
- How to Request a Return
- Message us on Instagram or Facebook with your order number (starting with “S”) and the items you wish to return.
- Alternatively, you can submit your request through our online return form available on our website.
